Mr. Huang is an experienced project engineer in mechanical and structural design fields and review of container cranes. His expertise includes mechanical engineering and analysis, structural computer modeling and analysis, static structure analysis, fatigue, and crane seismic and dynamic analysis. As the lead engineer of technical research and development, he has worked on crane weight reduction, crane seismic systems, tandem-hoist cranes, and dual-trolley cranes.
Hank Hongbing Zhou, Quality Control Engineer

Mr. Zhou is an experienced project manager and mechanical engineer. His expertise includes quality assurance and quality control audits, mechanical engineering analysis and design, welding inspection, and on-site project management. As quality control engineer, he is responsible for code compliance and project quality management system audits, verifying project quality regulations, checking for design drawing compliance with project specifications, coordinating conformity between drawing design and as-built conditions, and providing technical support to the subcontractor during construction.
Joshua Zhihua Zhao, Quality Control Engineer

Mr. Zhao holds a dual master’s degree in industrial engineering and business administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He is an experienced mechanical engineer and project manager. His expertise includes quality assurance and quality control audits, R&D, manufacturing process, and field project management. He is also involved in technical support, which includes reviewing drawings.
Irene Lin Hua, Structural Analyst

Ms. Hua has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical design and automatization from Yangtze University, and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Wuhan University of Technology. She is a structural engineer with experience in finite element analysis and structural design and analysis. As a structural analyst, she is responsible for computer modelling and analysis of structures, as well as static and fatigue analysis. She is also involved in design review, crane relocation, and crane modification.
Jaygene Jian Jiang, Project Engineer

Mr. Jiang is a registered Class I Structural Engineer in China with experience in the design and analysis of various steel and concrete structures. His expertise includes finite element analysis, stress and fatigue analysis, and bulk material transfer station design. He holds dual senior engineering titles in mechanical engineering and building structure design, combining technical proficiency with practical solutions for crane and building structure projects.
