As project manager, he manages a variety of projects from small projects with short durations to large projects with multi-discipline coordination. As project engineer and designer, he performs civil and structural design of terminal facilities, and seismic retrofit for existing structures. Mr. Loni is LEED accredited. |

He is involved in the design of a friction damper system integrated with the primary structure of a container crane that significantly improves seismic performance and reduces seismic loads on the wharf.
